1. Legal bundle

Felix is operated by PredictEngine LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States. The documents below form Felix legal bundle version 2026-08-30.

Terms of Service: the binding contract for the Service.
Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection: how personal information is handled.
Risk Disclosure: material trading, technology, agent, and venue risks.
Custody & Authority Notice: who holds keys and what Felix systems can and cannot sign.

2. How acceptance works

Account creation requires an affirmative acceptance action. API and MCP callers send accept_terms: true; Felix records the current legal bundle version and document identifiers with the account. Merely viewing the website does not create an account or authorize trading.
